The NC State Farmer's Market has lots of local fruits and vegetables as one would expect, but it also has local baked goods. Among my favorites are the carrot cake products from
The Carrot Cake Lady. Terryl has carrot cakes of various sizes from the large cake to mini muffin-sized cakes. The cakes are so moist and so delicious.
