The Program Band from Raleigh, NC. (Photo by Ava Barlow)
Last Friday night Dan and I went over to the CAM (Contemporary Art Museum) for the student art show and a local indie-pop band provided the music.

Band members are Julian Barlow, guitar and vocals; Hannah Newberry, keyboard, guitar, vocals; Ish Montague, drums; Ben Mercer, bass
Hannah Newberry and Julian Barlow (Photo by Ava Barlow).
They are all 9th graders at Enloe (Julian and Ish), Broughton (Ben) and Cary High School (Hannah). Julian, Hannah and Ben met each other at Daniels Middle School, and played with a different drummer, Jackson Kilgore, who also went to Daniels. Jackson went to Raleigh Charter High School and became too busy to continue playing with The Program, so Julian met Ish at Enloe and invited him to join. (Information provided by Ava Barlow).
