Whenever Dan and I are in New Bern we usually have a meal at Captain Ratty's Restaurant.  I discovered a wonderful blog, The Bear Cupboard, that covers New Bern, its food and its people and it has a great post about Captain Ratty's Restaurant that I will share with you today.
